I wrote or produced this track, or I hold all the rights needed to submit it, including those of co-writers, vocalists and any samples.
I grant Protagonist Recordings Ltd the right to play excerpts of this track in Protagonist Push episodes on YouTube, without payment, for six weeks from today. If my track wins, this is extended as set out in the agreement.
I understand that the episode containing the excerpt stays on the label’s YouTube channel permanently. I will not ask for it to be removed, claim monetisation for it or file copyright claims against it, even if I release the track elsewhere.
I will not offer this track to other labels until I am told it has not been selected, or until the vote results are announced, and in any case for no longer than six weeks from today.

Every submission gets a chance to be heard. The strongest tracks move forward to the audience vote, where listeners help decide the finalists.
4 / Three juries
Three juries decide the winner: the audience, label founder Key Lean and the label’s sound designer. A track wins when at least two of the three choose it.
